Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, owners, representatives, affiliates, advertising partners, promotional partners, and immediate family members of NXTGen Hunting Blinds are not eligible to enter or win.

The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on 06.16.2026 at 10AM Eastern Time and ends on 08.12.2026 at 12PM Eastern Time.

Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period may not be eligible.

Limit one main entry per person unless otherwise stated. Duplicate, incomplete, false, automated, or suspicious entries may be removed at the discretion of NXTGen Hunting Blinds.

After submitting the main giveaway form, entrants may be offered optional bonus entry opportunities through buttons or links on the giveaway page.

Bonus entries are optional and are not required to enter or win. No purchase, subscription, follow, like, share, comment, tag, or social media account is required to enter or win.

Bonus entries may be awarded when an entrant clicks one of the official bonus entry links provided in the giveaway funnel. These links may include opportunities to visit NXTGen Hunting Blinds on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or other online platforms.

Bonus entry tracking is based on Sponsor’s internal tracking system. Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, browser settings, blocked cookies, duplicate clicks, incomplete tracking, or any other issue that may prevent a bonus entry from being recorded.

Each available bonus entry may only be counted once per person unless otherwise stated. Sponsor reserves the right to remove duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or suspicious bonus entries.

The prize includes only the item specifically listed above. Unless otherwise stated, the winner is responsible for any shipping, delivery, pickup, installation, accessories, taxes, fees, permits, or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize.

The prize is awarded as-is and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. NXTGen Hunting Blinds reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Winner Selection

After the giveaway period ends, one potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

NXTGen Hunting Blinds reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided on the giveaway form, which may include email, phone, or text message.

The potential winner must respond within 10 days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, refuses the prize, cannot accept the prize, or fails to complete any required verification, NXTGen Hunting Blinds may select an alternate winner.

Before receiving the prize, the winner may be required to provide proof of age, proof of residency, a valid photo ID, and any other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and award the prize.

Taxes and Fees

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or expenses related to accepting and using the prize.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner gives NXTGen Hunting Blinds permission to use their name, city, state, photo, video, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

NXTGen Hunting Blinds reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or end the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized activity, legal restrictions, platform policy issues, or any other factor affects the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway.

NXTGen Hunting Blinds reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, violates these rules, acts in a disruptive or dishonest manner, or attempts to manipulate the giveaway.
